Mr. Gonzalez is brilliant in customer service and all employees should learn from him . When a covering lady stressed me out by giving false information about charges he exactly new what to do and turn the situation quickly for excellent again . This dealership should be proud of having an employee like him ! I’m very demanding person and he exceed my needs completely!
I had an incredible experience with Shelly & Dan at Devan Acura of Norwalk. They were both incredibly helpful and full of knowledge in answering all of my questions. I have been doing a lot of research and searching for a car for a couple months, I was so happy to find a CPO 2016 Acura TLX AWD that fits all of my needs. Dan did a fantastic job of making me aware of all of my options before I made a decision. He is a well seasoned salesman who knows his craft. At no point did I feel any pressure and I felt like he wanted what was in my best interest the entire time. I even brought in my own financing which wasn't an issue. The entire process was quick, seamless, and easy. After coming from a horrible car experience at another dealer, I was overwhelmed with the amount of help these employees were able to provide me. 98% of car dealerships and their service centers are terrible; dishonest and rude, especially in Manhattan. Devan Acura is part of the 2%! Service in particular is kind, responsible, and responsive taking the time to explain the issues with you car, especially over the phone. I had trouble one day while I was parked in a lot and couldn't start my TL. The service call taker (sorry I forget his name) calmly walked me through, and I was on my way. Thank you!!
