Service Dept experience across the board was perfect. Friendly, timely, loner car, accomdating in every manner. We did not buy our car from Devan, not for of any reason, they just didn't have the one we wanted. We have been using the dealership we bought it from for service and they simply just fell short with customer service mainly, really bad serivce, time to get an appointment, and they do not provide loaners. Thanks for providing us with a very pleasant experience.

I bought a 2014 acura mdx from somewhere else in 2017 with 43,000 miles. I had taken it to milford acura at first as it was closer to my home but did not have great experiences there. In July 2018 I gave Devan Acura a try and I've been very impressed ever since. It's April 2025 and to this day I have not had any real issues with their service department. I went to Acura to compare the price of the MDX against the 3 other trucks I was only considering buying. I walked out with an MDX the same day. Best acura dealership. Had an issue with my motor and got it replaced within a week or 2 with warranty. Customer service is the best. Would recommend this dealer 100%. Experience with them is always great. Free oil change and wash for life once you purchase a car with them.
My experiencing purchasing the car was unbeatable. However, Acura makes servicing the car incredibly long winded but not by fault of the dealership. Everyone I encountered was always patient, and compassionate towards me, an impatient, very stressed and confused customer. Thank you to Rick(my salesperson), Donato and Doug in the service department for their kindness in what I’m sure can be crazy work days.

Devan has been servicing my two MDXs for nearly 15 years. Excellent customer support, service, customer lounge - as well as timeliness. As an example - I had a service issue with my MDX today and Devan was able to get me an appointment and resolution within the same day!
Rick Ottavi was the salesman and did an excellent job providing all the information I requested. Overall, I would say this was a very pleasant buying experience.

I purchased a ’19 MDX A-Spec from Westchester of Acura in 2021. Fast forward, 18 months…. The day after Christmas the car lite up like a Christmas tree and stalled in the middle of the road! Dan LaRusso is the man you want to buy your next car from. Dan is incredibly honest and exceeds every expectation he sets. He got us a better deal then the other dealerships for our ILX. He said it could take 3 days to get the car transferred to Devon Acura yet had the car within 1 day.

My wife brought the vehicle in for service. Said everyone was polite and professional. She had to bring our little dog with her and she said they were very receptive of the dog and ensured the dog had water and plenty of attention. Guess they are pet lovers there. 98% of car dealerships and their service centers are terrible; dishonest and rude, especially in Manhattan. Devan Acura is part of the 2%! Service in particular is kind, responsible, and responsive taking the time to explain the issues with you car, especially over the phone. I had trouble one day while I was parked in a lot and couldn't start my TL. The service call taker (sorry I forget his name) calmly walked me through, and I was on my way. Thank you!!

Wonderful team and very happy with the service.
Brought my Acura (which was purchased from a used car dealer) here for the first time with general conerns about the vehicle. Donato in the service department helped me through everything and even got me into a complimentary rental vehicle for the day. After servicing the vehicle (with no diagnosis fee) they washed the car inside and out!! Very helpful staff.
Go to any other Acura Dealership,,,,, They do not look out for their customers!! Total crooks.. Buyer beware.. Management are very shady people. Avoid this Dealership!!!!!!

Great service area. Everyone is helpful but they never told me the price until after and I was under the impression the part was covered under warranty. But the dealer is overall very helpful.
I started going to Devon Acura in 2012. I have had nothing but great service. Ask for Nick. He always takes good care of you. In 2016 my shocks went out very early, only 50,000 miles. Unfortunately they were our of warranty due to the age of the car. However, they made a special call to Acura asking them to make an exception due to the low miles.
