Everyone is a consumer. When we go shopping, we see a price and ask ourselves is this a fair price and can I afford it. However, when it comes to purchasing a car, we see the price and then we ask ourselves, how can we keep ourselves from being cheated and gouged on price. I started going to Devon Acura in 2012. I have had nothing but great service. Ask for Nick. He always takes good care of you. In 2016 my shocks went out very early, only 50,000 miles. First off I bought my car from here, never again! Dropped my car off for a regular oil change like I’ve done before. Go to pick up my car and I notice that there’s a dent in the car. We were shopping for 2015 Acura MDX. We found this Acura and drove 70 miles to see it. It was supposed to be a Certified Acura with a little bit over 16,000 miles. What the experience... the wheels were very damaged, The tires were used in 80%. One of the tires was visibaly damaged with the cut. With only 16,000 miles it was impossible for the tires to be that used. There were scratches and dents on the bumper and side doors. And this was supposed be a Certified wehicle...... good luck

Once you buy a car from them and they have your money, they could care less about their customer service. I bought a brand new car, which was never inspected properly. I know this because once I got on the highway the tires felt as if they were going to fly off. They replaced all my tires the next day. I have owned Escalade, Navigator, Infinity and now to my dismay an Acura. Please beware when you purchase from this dealership, the service department is horrible. They do not give you true estimates as to the time car needs for service on numerous occasions. They seem to think if they offer you a loaner vehicle than there is no urgency in returning your car. I have the probably the worst experience during servicing my 2014 MDX at Devan Acura. After they changed oil and after I arrived home, I found that oil is leaking from under the car in my garage. Leak was coming from improperly installed oil filter. I was going to loose engine, if I took a longer trip. They do not have properly trained technicians even to do a simple service like changing oil, and I believe there no oversight of what those techs are doing.

Brought my car in for a FREE oil change which ends up costing me what they estimate as $499.00. Devan Acura sent me a coupon for a free oil change. I brought my car in on Friday, August 27th. On Monday, August 30th I drove 10 miles to work and when I arrived at my parking garage the oil light flashed, then stayed lit. I called Devan to tell them and they sent a rep to my work. I went to see a used Acura RL with my family. I was approached by Fumi Muto. He seemed too brief and apathetic when talking to us. He took us towards the vehicle and opened up the doors. I just attempted to make an appointment to have my oil changed. The whole process / phone conversation was absurd. From asking for my vin and not being able to make an appointment without it (who carries their vin # around with them) to not booking appointments for oil changes after 2pm on Fridays when the service department hours listed on the website state that service is open until 5pm. Even if they had given us the best price we wouldn't of purchased from them because they put other dealers down and made us feel very uncomfortable.
